Welcome to J Beauty Arabia. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms are legally binding and comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14/2023 on Electronic Commerce, UAE Federal Law No. 15/2020 on Consumer Protection, and the KSA E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126/2019).

2.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from J Beauty Arabia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

4.  Products & Authenticity

All products sold on J Beauty Arabia are authentic, sourced directly from Japanese and Asian brand principals or their authorised distributors. Every product is:

       Compliant with the GCC Technical Regulation for Cosmetic Products (GSO 1943:2024)

       Registered with or notified to the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) where required for KSA sales

       Free from pork-derived or alcohol-based ingredients inconsistent with Islamic guidelines

       Accurately described — product images and descriptions are as precise as commercially possible; minor colour variations due to screen settings may occur

 

5.  Pricing & Taxes

All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency inclusive of VAT. UAE orders include 5% VAT. KSA orders include 15% VAT per ZATCA regulations.

Customs duties on cross-border shipments (UAE to KSA) are included in the displayed price — no additional charges will be levied at delivery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to dispatch; if a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

 

6.  Orders & Contract Formation

Adding items to your cart does not constitute a binding order. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email following successful payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

       A product is out of stock or discontinued

       A pricing or product description error has occurred

       Payment cannot be verified or fraud is suspected

       The delivery address is outside our serviceable regions

In the event of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days to the original payment method.

 

7.  Payment

Payments are processed securely through Tap Payments (tap.company), a licensed payment service provider. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and mada (KSA customers). Transactions are SSL/TLS encrypted and PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full card number at any time.

Tap Payments acts as an independent data controller for your payment information. Please refer to Tap's Privacy Policy at https://www.tap.company/privacy for further details on how your payment data is handled.

 

8.  Delivery & Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Estimated delivery times:

       KSA: 2 business days

       Other GCC (Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 3–5 business days

       Other regions: please contact us before ordering

 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.

 

9.  Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy at for full details. In summary:

       Skincare, cosmetic, perfume, and care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned — no exceptions

       Damaged or defective products may be returned within 7 days of delivery at no cost to you

       Beauty devices may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition

       Sale or promotional items: no returns or exchanges accepted — all sales final

       Return shipping fee of SAR 22 / AED 22 applies for eligible non-defective returns, borne by the customer

 

10.  Intellectual Property

All website content — including brand names, logos, product imagery, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to Sakura Distribution L.L.C-FZ or the respective brand principals. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

 

 

12.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J Beauty Arabia's total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.

This limitation does not apply to liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

 

 

 

 

 

13.  Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Contact us first at customersupport@jbeautyarabia.com — we acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 14 business days.

 

14.  Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE federal law. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the consumer's country of residence apply to the extent required — including KSA E-Commerce Law for Saudi consumers.

 

15.  Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
