1. Overview
J Beauty Arabia ships 100% authentic Japanese beauty products from our warehouse in Saudi Arabia to customers across the Kingdom and the GCC. All orders are carefully packed to protect your products in transit.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Exact shipping fees for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during sale periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout — our courier will contact you by phone to coordinate delivery. If a delivery fails because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, or the courier could not reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us and re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and products. We will resolve the issue promptly in line with our Return & Refund Policy — return shipping for damaged or defective items is always covered by us.
