1. Introduction

Welcome to J Beauty Arabia (jbeautyarabia.com). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms comply with the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126/2019) and its Implementing Regulations.

J Beauty Arabia is an online store specializing in authentic Japanese beauty products, operating from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and serving customers across the Kingdom and the GCC.

3. Products & Authenticity

All products sold on J Beauty Arabia are 100% authentic, sourced directly from brand owners or their authorized distributors, and compliant with the requirements of the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) where applicable. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as commercially possible; minor color variations may occur due to screen settings.

4. Prices & VAT

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Orders within Saudi Arabia include 15% VAT in accordance with ZATCA regulations. For orders delivered to other GCC countries, the price shown at checkout is final — no additional charges will be collected on delivery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch; if a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Orders & Contract

Adding products to your cart does not constitute a binding order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email after successful payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or discontinued, a pricing or description error occurred, payment cannot be verified or fraud is suspected, or the delivery address is outside our service areas. If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount is refunded within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Tap Payments, a licensed payment service provider. We accept mada, Visa, and Mastercard. Transactions are SSL/TLS-encrypted and PCI DSS compliant; we never store your full card number. 7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Estimated delivery: Saudi Arabia 1–2 business days; other GCC countries 3–5 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary: unopened, sealed and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery (return shipping borne by the customer); damaged or defective products are returned free of charge within 7 days; opened or used cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons; sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

9. Product Information — Not Medical Advice

Product descriptions and ingredient information are provided by the brands for general information and are not medical advice. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a medical condition, review the ingredient list and consult a professional before use, and perform a patch test with any new product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — including brand names, logos, product images, text and design — is owned by us or by the respective brand owners. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J Beauty Arabia's total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. This limitation does not apply to liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Contact us first at customersupport@jbeautyarabia.com — we acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. Unresolved consumer disputes may be escalated to the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126/2019) and its Implementing Regulations. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence apply to the extent required.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date; continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
